test: trigger mapping-based test selection for organizations

Testing the new mapping-based test selection system.
This change to organization.py should select organization-related tests.

Expected behavior:
- pull-test-mapping: Pull mapping from quay.io/aap-ci/test-mapping:latest
- select-relevant-tests: MODE: NARROWED (mapping-based)
- Should match 'organization' resource
- Should select organization-related tests only
