TEST: point git-resolver at AAP-org bot secret (reads internal pipelines repo)

The {{ git_auth_secret }} token is scoped to this PR's repo and cannot read the
internal aap-konflux-pipelines (404 Not Found). Use the tenant's
github-aap-pde-ci-bot-credentials-ansible-automation-platform (password=AAP-org
bot token) which can.
