9c57f550ed Modify JobTemplateForm to use formik setValue 
Modify JobTemplateForm to use formik `setValue`. Following the same
convention used in the `.WorkflowJobTemplateForm`. Also, replace the
usage of `useFormikContext` to `useField`.
