AC-1006 upgraded all js libraries to latest release. Fixed obvious broken things. Installed bower to make package installation/upgrade easier. Added less to Grunt build.

First iteration of Activity Stream. Added Home/Groups page. Increased icon size for icon-only buttons. Dashboard jobs widget- group and job links now work. Closed AC-621, AC-618.

Moved jqueryui dialog creation to a shared module along with textarea auto-sizing. Inventory host edit dialog is now constructed using this new module. Fixed host enabled flag on the host edit dialog so that it is disabled for externally managed hosts.

Inventory group edit dialog is now draggable and resizable. Added tab for schedules fixed issue with Variables.js helper- when json variables object empty, return --- rather than {}
