Part 1 includes

* New experimental feature to enable the new code
* New providers using RemoteCache only
* New test profile to run the tests with the experimental feature

New providers' implementation for:
* InfinispanConnectionProvider
* AuthenticationSessionProvider
* ClusterProvider
