* Enable reserved variable name checks and fix violations
Updated .ansible-lint configuration to skip only var-naming[pattern]
and var-naming[no-role-prefix] instead of skipping the entire var-naming rule.
This enables the check for reserved variable names.
Renamed variables that used reserved names to avoid conflicts.
Updated all references in tasks, variables, and templates.

Upgrade to ansible 7.x and ansible-core 2.14.x. There seems to be issue
with ansible 8/ansible-core 2.15 so we remain on those versions for now.
It's quite a big bump already anyway.

When running ansible-lint directly, we can see a lot of warning
message like
risky-file-permissions File permissions unset or incorrect
This fixes the warning messages.
* Adds support for Multus (multiple interfaces) CNI plugin
Multus is a latin word for "Multi". As the name suggests, it acts as a
Multi plugin in Kubernetes and provides multiple network interface
support in a pod. Multus uses the concept of invoking delegates by
grouping multiple plugins into delegates and invoking them in the
sequential order of the CNI configuration file provided in json format.
