The switch to not use system packages for containerd packages happened
multiples releases ago ; there should not be any up-to-date installation
of kubespray needing that cleanup.
Remove those steps and variables only used by them.
kubespray-defaults currently does two things:
- records a number of default variable values (in particular values used
in several places)
- gather and compose some complex network facts (in particular,
`fallback_ip` and `no_proxy`
There is no actual reason to couple those two things, and it makes using
defaults more difficult (because computing the network facts is somewhat
expensive, we don't want to do it willy-nilly)
Split the two and adjust import paths as needed.

This is needed for shutdown ordering: while at startup, it's not a
problem that containerd start before dbus (the dbus socket already
exists) it needs to shutdown before dbus to do its cleanup (asking
systemd via dbus to cleanup cgroups).
config_path was introduced in containerd 1.5.0, and registry.mirrors is
deprecated.
There is no reason to keep the old alternative, so just always use
config_path, and consequently remove the option.
Simplify registry mirror rendering in config.toml.
The map filter can extract the host list from mirrors so we can
just unique them and render them without needing to construct vars
for it.
For the registry mirror tls section, we can first extract mirrors
from the dict then filter on only the ones having skip_veridy defined
first and then filter on the ones having true (as the dict might not
have skip_verify defined and that would cause errors of undefined var).
This will speed up and simply the templating.

This ensure that we fail early if we have a bad systemd unit file
(syntax error, using a version not available in the local version, etc)

factory-reset.target was introduced in system 250, same version as the
aliasing feature we need for verifying systemd services with ansible.
So we only actually executes the validation if that target is present.
This is an horrible hack which should be reverted as soon as we drop
support for distributions with systemd<250.

Refactor NRI (Node Resource Interface) activation in CRI-O and
containerd. Introduce a shared variable, nri_enabled, to streamline
the process. Currently, enabling NRI requires a separate update of
defaults for each container runtime independently, without any
verification of NRI support for the specific version of containerd
or CRI-O in use.
With this commit, the previous approach is replaced. Now, a single
variable, nri_enabled, handles this functionality. Also, this commit
separates the responsibility of verifying NRI supported versions of
containerd and CRI-O from cluster administrators, and leaves it to
Ansible.

Molecule 5.0 require ansible-core 2.12.10.
So this commit we update ansible-core from 2.12.5 to 2.12.10.
We also drop supporting two ansible-core version. Also we now use the "oldest"
still supported ansible-core version as both 2.11 is EOL and not
supported by molecule.
tests/molecule: remove linting in molecule to support molecule 5

Kubespray doesn't use ansible galaxy style naming so we have to disable
that check.
