This enables [configuration](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/policy/resource-quotas/#limit-priority-class-consumption-by-default) of the [ResourceQuota AdmissionController plugin](https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/access-authn-authz/admission-controllers/#resourcequota).
