Fix kubectl.sh parameter quoting (#6239) ...

If the special parameter "$@" is not quoted, the following command will not work:

./kubectl.sh patch storageclass my-storage-class -p '{"metadata": {"annotations":{"storageclass.kubernetes.io/is-default-class":"true"}}}'
