Alberto Murillo 4afbf51d32 kube-router: Set ownership of /opt/cni/bin/* to kube (#4825) 
Task "kube-roter | Set cni directory permissions"
sets ownership of /opt/cni/bin to "kube"

Task "kube-router | Copy cni plugins"
copies the binaries from the archive setting the ownership
back to "root"

Fix "kube-roter" typo
