Fix: free disk space before awx-operator molecule test (#16618)

The GitHub Actions runner image update reduced available disk space,
causing the awx-operator molecule test to hang and timeout waiting for
pods that can't start due to disk pressure. Prune BuildKit cache and
dangling images after the AWX image build to reclaim space.

Same fix as ansible/tower PRs #7905 (stable-2.6), #7926 (stable-2.7),
and #7927 (release_4.6).
