1) Changing the color of the SAVE button when disabled in order to make the text pop

Jared Tabor 48b52a6681 Updating the dashboard graphs to 3.0 
This includes styling the graphs, moving the filters around, and changing the tabs to take up less space. Also made the graphs responsive.
The footer background color also changes to match the main body background.

comments weren't being saved for group properties or host properties. I've realigned them to work consistently as inventory source vars, and job template vars work, in order to accept comments.

This commit includes the face lift for the lists on the dashboard.

Remaining items/Known errors are:
sort doesn't work on table columns
I need to remove sparklines from the project

fixing column resize issues and adding ellipses for

long text that overflows the table cell.

adding 20px spacing between columns

per request of Taufique

SmartStatus "running" icon and links for jobs list

removing JQuery's Sparklines lib

adding more padding to main layout

for nav and footer

Jared Tabor 6c8597cf95 Wrapping timer init in promise 
to ensure that timer is started before initializing websockets. This was leading to instances where the websocket thought that the session
hadn't been started yet. Also fixed an issue where the session wasn't tearing down the $interval when AUTH_TOKEN_PER_USER had been exceeded.

Jared Tabor e18791a657 Integer Directive was returning false for a blank string 
this was causing the integer directive to throw an error if the user entered something in the field, then erased it.

Jared Tabor fd34854f7a Session timeout after idle session 
This commit is the UI portion of the session timeout feature for 2.4 (not incorporating the session_limit yet). This includes actively ending a session when the user's session time has expired, as well as giving the user a notification one minute prior that their session is about to end. It also includes removing 'session_timeout' from config.js. This is now retrieved from the response headers of each REST call. Each time the user make a rest call the session is extended another 1800 seconds (or whatever amount the user might configure with AUTH_TOKEN_EXPIRATION in local_settings.py)

Jared Tabor 29daee8334 Pendo.io service for Tower UI 
This commit integrates the pendo support for the Tower UI, which involves creating an 'options' object and registering it with the pendo service installed in the index.html file. The options object is identified each time the user logs into Tower or when the browser session is refreshed.

Jared Tabor 9c294f6cc8 Changing 'source_script' to 'inventory_script' on groups modal. 
In the demodalification of the custom inventory source modal, I switched to using the naming convention "inventory_source" instead of the original "source_script" title we dubbed it when we started developing the feature. I felt that
changing the naming convention better aligned with what is presented in the UI. This change continues to keep the naming convention consistent in the UI.

occassionally the hostCount will not get incremented despite a host result being processed as successful, failed, skipped, unreachable, or changed. This cause the UI not to show the host status
