Bill Nottingham bba7f45972 Pass extra vars via file rather than via commandline, including custom creds. 
The extra vars file created lives in the playbook private runtime
directory, and will be reaped along with the rest of the directory.

Adjust assorted unit tests as necessary.

Bill Nottingham b1e6264ac0 SAML configuration changes based on feedback from field. 
1. Default SOCIAL_AUTH_SAML_SP_ENTITY_ID to the Tower hostname/base URL.
2. Refer to the callback URL as the Assertion Consumer Service, per common SAML notation.

Bill Nottingham ff454a452f Perform realpath() on paths passed to bubblewrap to avoid errors with symlinks 
bubblewrap is creating a mount tree from a namespace outside the one it's
creating.  Absolute symlinks will not resolve properly, causing errors.

Filed @ https://github.com/projectatomic/bubblewrap/issues/195, but
this should work around it without side effects.
