Jared Tabor 78baabf676 Job Details--details panel and events summary 
This PR consists of the restyling for the Job Details page, specifically for the details panel and for the events summary panel. It includes, but is not limited to changes to the tables, icons, status representations, expendables panels, positioning on screen, the search bars, the toggles, and the pie chart. I also added a CodeMirror instance for the Results panel as a follow up to my last PR.

Remaining items: Responsiveness is the main one, a lot of JS side styling was done on the job detail page to make it fit on one screen. I'll need to have a deeper dive with UX to figure out what we want to do when this page is displayed on smaller browsers. I also have not gotten to the stdout out for htis page.

Accomplished by adding the regular text input styling. This field is a 1 line textarea so adding the Form-textInput class gives it all the styling it needs.

Jared Tabor 2b3783adf4 Dropdown styling 
This uses select2 for styling of the <select> form elements. I'm forcing some styling overrides for select2, therefore we no longer need the select2-bootstrap-theme library.

For all add-forms, select2 is attached after the form compiles in form-generator. For edit-forms however, the select2 module
couldn't be attached to the select element until after the options selection had taken place (which takes place after the REST request). Therefore I had to add some calls to CreateSelect2 in the edit controllers.

This includes styling the graphs, moving the filters around, and changing the tabs to take up less space. Also made the graphs responsive.
The footer background color also changes to match the main body background.
