gconsidine 2d3aef601d Fix scheduler time inputs by unsetting invalid values 
This is a quick and dirty fix. Since there's planned work
around the scheduler in 3.3, maybe a broader refactoring effort
can be considered at that point in time.

gconsidine cea1f1bbe1 Remove old credentials files from features dir 
* The non-refactored credentials code has been returned to its
original location. Inventories and Jobs pull in Credentials
based on its original location in the file structure.
* Apply margin to individual inputs instead of panels to have
consistent spacing at more narrow resolutions.
* Add placeholder for a Lookup component which will be necessary
to let users select an org for the credential.

gconsidine 6c06344fdb Fix permission modal in team settings 
A GET request is made to check permissions on job templates, workflow
templates, inventories, etc. With a basic license, the workflow
template request returns a 402. The logic in place accounted for
500-ish errors and 200s. Now if a 402 response is returned, it's
excluded from the UI without affecting the other successful responses.

gconsidine fcd899d7bc Fix issue preventing inventory groups from loading 
A conditional was in place to check if a URL included the base path,
if so, it was supposed to use the URL as-is, otherwise it should get
the URL by referencing a property in an object containing default
URLs.

The conditional checked only for 'api/v1'. Since we're at v2, the
check failed eventually resulting in a `replace` call on an
undefined value.  I replaced the conditional to pattern match
api/v*/ instead.
