Added logic to hide activity stream button when the feature is turned off. Also added logic to redirect the user to the dashboard when they try to navigate to the stream when the feature is not on.

Added the ability to pass the listTitleBadge parameter to the list generator. Passing a false flag will hide the badge in the title. This is desired on the Activity Stream.

Added basic activity stream functionality by leveraging the data attribute of the state provider. The breadcrumb directive pulls this information from the state provider and uses it to hide/show the activity stream button and pass the stream the correct data.

Made the "status" columns throughout the project a static width and nestled it up against the name/id column to match up with the spec. Made all the tooltip hovers appear to the right of the icon since they are all lined up on the left side of the table now.

Added the ability to pass ngShow to the SearchWidget generator helper. By specifying this parameter we can control when the search bar gets shown. In this case we want to hide the search bar when a list is empty to start with.

Added logic to handle showing an empty list. Tweaked what we show when a user search returns no results. This case now shows a simple message instead of a table row with the headers. Also added column classes to a lot of the action columns in our list views.

List view CSS updates. This commit includes styling of list headers w/ badge. It also includes pagination styling along with some small bug fixes. This commit also removes the activity stream button from a lot of all of the list views per the spec.

Fixed unit tests after the ui-router dependency was added. Removed a couple of tests dealing with checking to make sure that the breadcrumb was properly set via the adhoc controller. Since breadcrumbs have been moved out we'll need to write a new suite of tests to address them.

Wrapped the SourceChange call in a function so that it can be called without clearing the credential. This fixes a bug where the credential was not showing up in the initial edit dialog even though the data was sent properly via the API.

Added support for displaying a link in the job details view that points to the Schedule when a job is kicked off in that fashion. This link opens a modal and allows the end user to edit the Schedule in line without a page refresh.
