ChillRedChilli 8e6673b467 ci: restore molecule tests for kata-containers. (#13452) 
- Move kata-containers out of the molecule_full matrix and back to the standard molecule job to run on every PR.

ChillRedChilli ed99c2a4cb kata-containers: Update release artifacts to zst format. (#13389) 
- Updated download URLs to fetch the kata-static<...>.zst files from github repo.
- Added zstd package in kata-continers role.
- Updated version checksums to match the new release files.

Moved zstd dependency to roles/system_package
